On the other hand, a resident from the assisted living section with specific needs requiring higher personal attention can be accommodated in the Memory Care unit.

A typical unit assignment is often long term and does not allow for any flexibility and therefore does not address residents’ unique needs.   • Your family member suffers from dementia and therefore is residing in the secured unit, but he or she also desires increased socializing. Day Programming gives such resident the opportunity to enjoy the social stimuli of the assisted living area, while their normal daily needs are met in the secured unit. Trained staff ensures comfort and security of all residents.
  • Your family member enjoys living in the assisted living wing, however is also interested in activities that are organized for residents in the secure unit. Day Programming offers sensory stimulation group activities with other residents of similar cognition.
